Reported a bad lead? We credit its price back within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are for leads that were invalid — a wrong or non-working number, a duplicate, or a fake enquiry. A patient who was reachable but chose another clinic is a lost sale, not a bad lead. Reports are audited: we verify a sample against the original enquiry, and deliberately false claims can lead to account suspension.
